How to learn these words
Reading a list does little: a word sticks when you recall it yourself several times. Flashcards are the simplest way to do that. Look at the Lithuanian word, recall the translation, check yourself, then repeat in the opposite direction.
Lithuanian stress is mobile and cannot be guessed from spelling, so it is worth learning each word together with its sound. LitCards has all of these words with stress marks and audio, and verbs come with their forms.
